We strive to send items of good quality and with firm packing. However, if you find any problem, feel free to contact us at any time within 14 days after you've received the item. You just need to send us the picture of proof, then we'll send you a replacement or issue you a refund if it's our fault or caused during shipping. 

We know the shipping cost for returning item oversea is much higher than that of domestic, so we never asked our customers to return the item to us. We are responsible for any quality problems and all the risks during shipping.
